Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment as this will allow us the opportunity to fill your timeslot.

In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call us on 07 5511 8002.
If you do not reach us, please leave a message on our voicemail system.

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

When you book an appointment with us, that time is allotted for you - and ONLY you. We do our best to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time.

If you cancel, no show or reschedule your appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment and lose any previously offered discounts if applicable.


If we do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied.

We are committed to providing all clients with exceptional healthcare. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.

If you choose not to agree to our Cancellation/Reschedule Policy you will be required to pre-pay for all future appointments and will not be refunded if you do not attend.

Note: We recognise that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.); therefore your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

Late Arrivals

We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your full treatment time. However, if you arrive late and we have appointments immediately after, we may only be able to provide you with your remaining treatment time. We will retain the right to charge you for your full treatment time. We recommend that you make every effort possible to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
