How do I book an appointment?

I can't find an appointment time that suits me, how can I join the waitlist?

We highly recommend joining our waitlist if you cannot find a time that suits. Please send us an enquiry and let us know your preferred days and times. Please click here to be taken to our enquiry form.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

We require at least 24 hours notice if you cannot attend your appointment. Please call us on 07 5511 8002. If we are not available to take your call or you need to let us know outside of our reception hours, please leave us a voice message.

Where are you located and where can I park?

We have 2 clinics:

Can I claim on my private health fund?

Yes! We have on the spot claiming via our HICAPS terminal for all our Remedial Treatments. Please note: HICAPS/Private Health Fund Rebates are not available on Relaxation & Energy Healing treatments.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept EFTPOS, VISA, Mastercard, Cash or Direct Deposit
