For when you’re recovering from a recent injury and need expert advice. We offer comprehensive performance testing to determine whether you are deemed fit to restart training, play a game or compete in a competition. We will give you the peace of mind that you won’t be putting yourself at risk by doing what you love or guidance in the best way forward if you’re not quite ready yet. Please note: this service may not be suitable for in clinic depending on your particular sport. Please get in touch before booking in for a Performance Test so we can arrange to meet at an appropriate venue if required.
